Below is a comment from Steve Oncley on what he was seeing in the tower sonic temperature data.
Hi all,

I've just been looking at the data from se vs. nw and see large differences in the temperatures.  After a bit of investigation, I'm pretty convinced that now is a perfect case to demonstrate the thermal wake of the tower.  Winds are from the NW, so tc.se (at all levels) has enormous, positive, spikes most of the time, whereas tc.nw is pretty clean.
