The sky was clear and the weather is fair. The radiosonde was launched at 01.45Z. Similar to the sounding 4 hours ago, the ascent rate was around 3 m/s. Also, the boundary layer extended to around 670 mb, then the atmosphere turned from neutral to stable. Winds below 500 mb were relatively calm in general (under 8 m/s) as well. Wind direction changes with height were different from the earlier launch. Near-surface SE winds shifted to S winds near 720 mb, next changed to W winds near 650 mb and then NW winds above 550 mb.
