200S lidars update

The NOAA 200S (Dalek1) and UTD 200S have been setup outside the visitor's center on Monday (March 2nd).  One March 3rd, the pointing calibration of the lidars was carried out.  It was attempted to start the inter-comparison of the two lidars when a problem scheduling scans was encountered.

Leosphere has been contacted about this problem.  We (Valerio's team and Alan+Aditya) will try to troubleshoot this problem while we wait for a response.  In the meantime, the two lidars are performing a fixed stare scan with 50m range resolution and 0.5 accumulation time.  This was selected as this is probably the mode we will operate in during XPIA.
