Radiosonde was launched from BAO visitor center at 1351 UTC (targeted for 1345 UTC) to go along with the NOAA RASS of Jim Wilczak. No problems with radiosonde launch. Skew-T ln-p diagram shown here:

Comments are as follows: Perfectly clear skies, sun rising. Morning nocturnal temperature inversion about 0-100m AGL. Additional temperature inversion about 420-500m AGL. Surface RH large due to morning cooling; very dry above surface. Light breeze at surface with intermittent wind. Very light wind speeds through lower troposphere. Winds veering from weak southerly to weak westerly in mid troposphere. Northerly upper level winds like yesterday. Lapse rate less steep than afternoon soundings yesterday as atmosphere stabilized. Steady tropospheric lapse rate above inversion like previous day. (Quelet)
